Sleeping late is not healthy
ughh .. its actually been like the 6th day straight sleeping at 4 am.. its fuckin horrible, im feeling sick, i have no eneregy AT ALL, and i got a pimple ! I’ve actually been trying to go to bed early but i just have so many things to do.. well i dont HAVE to do some of them, if i dont than this person will get angry with me. Yeah, i know i dont have to talk to this person at this time but like its the only time i have free cause im always out doing something. Oh yeah, another reason why is cause my bed is so damn uncomfortable now cause my parents fixed it up cause the bed frame was crooked which was good at first but now its soo uncomfortable because i think its crooked again so i been sleeping in different places of my house for the past 3 days.. and i really need to clean my room, its getting out of hand which maybe contributing to the unattractiveness of sleeping in my room/bed. I started reading about lack sleep and i found a site and if i really wanna grow to my 6’1 goal height i should start sleeping like i used to, 10 hrs minimum.

I should start sleeping early like FOR SURE this time starting today, 11pm bed time, cause sleeping late is really not healthy.
